A case names one publicly observable event, one threshold, and one deadline. If a resolver would have to interpret what you meant, the case is not ready — so this form only accepts conditions that resolve from a number and a source.
Your first case’s bond can be granted: the first 250 creators get it free at the deploy step. You will verify a wallet before publishing; you can do it at the end.
Cases target public addresses and contracts, never people. A GUILTY verdict means only that the stated event was observed inside the case’s window. It is not a finding of misconduct, and says nothing about who controls an address or why they acted.
