A case is a time-bounded forecast about publicly observable activity. A GUILTY verdict, or a yes on a price case, means only that a precisely defined event was observed inside the case’s window — never that anyone did anything wrong.

The case service did not respond, so this page cannot say whether any cases are open. This is a connectivity problem, not an empty ledger.
